Setting a new standard for the modern steakhouse, Baldamar takes it’s name from the patron saint of blacksmiths. This project is in process and opens fall of 2019. We’re defining this brand in collaboration with Shea architects to make this the anchor of an upscale shopping district in Roseville, Minnesota.
Butcher Box Wine
Butcher Box is a subscription service for grass-fed beef, free range organic chicken and heritage breed pork. We proposed adding proprietary Butcher Box branded organic wines to each delivery — including a guide on how to select the perfect pairing.
An artisan inspired meat and seafood restaurant located on Lake Minnetonka, Sixsmith is a modernized take on a classic. We originated this brand in 2013 and it’s been met with enormous success, helping to spur a movement toward more progressive restaurants in the otherwise tame suburb of Wayzata.
612 Brew is a small batch brewery and taproom located in Northeast Minneapolis. They needed help promoting their new space and the delicious varieties of IPA and Pilsner they serve, along with ongoing seasonal events hosted throughout the city.
The Antler Room
A great problem to have, The Antler Room in Kansas City was identified by Food & Wine Magazine as one of America’s top restaurant’s of 2018. They needed a light refresh of their brand to improve menu designs and an updated website to accommodate growing reservations and event bookings.
